SC Spares Networking Business Analyst & Project Manager

About the role

This hybrid position (average 2 days per week onsite) at HPE focuses on leading supply‑chain system initiatives for spares and service parts. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for planning, inventory, fulfillment, repair loops and reporting, partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the business systems SME for spares supply‑chain processes and own functional specifications, user stories and solution designs.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis, process mapping, testing, defect triage and deployment readiness for system enhancements.
• Manage end‑to‑end project planning, execution, risk tracking and stakeholder communications for assigned initiatives.
• Maintain governance over master data, reporting accuracy and system adoption to improve operational visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in supply‑chain, business systems analysis or enterprise‑systems support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills in a global, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Experience with Baxter tool, SAP S/4HANA, Jira.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
