SAP Business Systems Senior Analyst – Extended Warehouse Management

About the role

The SAP Business Systems Senior Analyst – Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) acts as the primary liaison between Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, configuring SAP EWM, and driving continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP EWM specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP EWM solutions across inbound, outbound, task, inventory, labor, and RF processes.
• Participate in design, implementation, integration (SIT), regression testing, and deployment validation activities.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP EWM production environments and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive SAP EWM functional experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing settings.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
• Integration with SAP IBP, MES, MM, QM, and SD modules (preferred)
• Experience with SAP EWM certification (preferred)
