Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

The Salesforce Technical Lead will join a remote delivery team focused on high‑volume, complex Salesforce implementations. You will design, develop, and mentor while ensuring code quality, performance, and security across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Write performant, layered, and secure Apex code, including batches, queueables, triggers, and integrations.
• Develop front‑end solutions using Lightning Web Components, web components, and Visualforce.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and skill development.
• Apply low‑code tools such as Flow to meet functional requirements.
• Implement defensive programming, test‑driven development, and maintain high test coverage.
• Design solutions using enterprise design patterns (factory, Unit of Work, façade, decorator, etc.).

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce limits, security model, and approval processes.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II; additional architect‑level certifications are a plus.
• Experience with modern SDLC tools (Git, ANT, scripting languages, code repositories).
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
