Salesforce OEM Application Developer (Remote)

About the role

QAT Global is looking for a highly‑skilled Salesforce OEM Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain managed OEM applications for US‑based customers. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication in English.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a managed Salesforce OEM application using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Build advanced Salesforce functionality such as complex Flows, custom Apex triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Implement Community Cloud/Experience Cloud solutions and custom security models.
• Architect scalable, multi‑tenant solutions aligned with OEM/ISV best practices.
• Manage data migration, integration, and performance optimization while respecting governor limits.
• Collaborate with product managers, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Write test classes with high coverage and participate in CI/CD and release management.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven ability to blend programmatic development with declarative configuration for scalable solutions.
• Experience designing advanced Flows, triggers, and automation based on business rules.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern release practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator or Advanced Administrator (preferred).
