Sales Support Consultant

About the role

The Sales Support Consultant will act as a bridge between Catalina’s sales teams, clients and internal partners, shaping how the company brings data‑driven campaigns to market. Based in San José, the role focuses on designing, estimating and proposing digital campaigns that align with client objectives and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of campaign designs for clients of various sizes and digital maturity, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Generate accurate cost estimates using multiple internal systems, set targets, select channels and monitor budget adherence.
• Develop data‑driven proposals that translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Recommend Catalina products and solutions that meet client KPIs while respecting internal guardrails.
• Extract and analyse data from proprietary platforms to identify trends and optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience with data extraction and analysis from proprietary systems.
