Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator

About the role

Doer Fitness is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships. The role combines prospecting, consultative selling, and post‑sale support to help fitness enthusiasts access high‑quality equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, and corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and commercial opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Present products using a consultative approach focused on customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and support closing activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall growth.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Provide personalized post‑sale service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in commercial events, promotions and internal training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to propose improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma, technical degree or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Proven track record in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Experience in the fitness, wellness or retail sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA operations (product listings, inventory management).
