Sales Manager – Paper Industry (Central America)

About the role

APP Group is looking for a Sales Manager to expand its paper business across Central America. The role focuses on promoting a portfolio that includes Folding Box Board, Solid Bleached Board, White‑Lined Chipboard and Food Packaging Board.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of paper products throughout the Central American market.
• Identify and engage new customers while maintaining existing relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Prepare and manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales role within the paper industry.
• Strong understanding of paper grades such as FBB, SBB, WLC and Food Packaging Board.
• Proven negotiation, communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Familiarity with international trade terminology and export paperwork.
• Fluent English; a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Paper Technology or a related field is preferred.

• Understanding of international trade terms and export documentation.
