Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will be the front‑line support for the Ground Floor Retail sales agents and merchants, identifying and resolving roadblocks, building assets and playbooks, and turning sales friction into repeatable wins.

Key responsibilities

• Own ticket intake, triage, prioritize, route and resolve enablement requests.
• Partner with sales and cross‑functional teams to resolve merchant issues and get merchants transacting.
• Identify performance gaps in sales data and ticket trends, then deliver targeted enablement.
• Build and maintain sales assets, battlecards, one‑pagers and playbooks.
• Report on ticket volume, resolution time and enablement impact using Excel and other platforms.

Required profile

• 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Sales Operations or a similar specialist role.
• 1+ years experience working in sales or a people‑service industry.
• Strong problem‑solving, calm under pressure and ability to prioritize a full queue.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Willingness to align schedule with U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams.
• Ticketing or case management systems (Salesforce Cases, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Sales content or enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad).
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva Pro.
• Project management software (Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike).
