Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

Snap Finance is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support its Ground Floor Retail Sales Team from Costa Rica. You will act as the frontline partner for sales agents and merchants, resolving issues, creating sales assets, and turning friction into repeatable wins.

Key responsibilities

• Own ticket intake, triage, and resolution for enablement requests.
• Partner with sales and cross‑functional teams to resolve merchant issues and drive transactions.
• Identify performance gaps from sales data and ticket trends, then deliver targeted enablement.
• Build and maintain battlecards, one‑pagers, playbooks and other sales assets.
• Report on ticket volume, resolution time and impact using Excel and other tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Sales Operations or a similar specialist role.
• 1+ years experience in sales or a people‑service industry (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving, calm under pressure and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work aligned with U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams.
• Ticketing or case‑management systems (e.g., Salesforce Cases, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad).
• Design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva Pro.
• Project‑management software (Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike).
