About the role
Join Sensient Technologies as a Sales Account Manager focused on food colors for the Central America and Caribbean region. Based in Alajuela, Costa Rica, you will drive new business and expand existing accounts, delivering natural and value‑added color solutions to leading food and beverage manufacturers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the natural colors portfolio.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling.
- Collaborate with R&D, commercial, operational and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Travel across the assigned region to meet clients and attend industry events.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales experience in food ingredients, specialty chemicals or related value‑added ingredients.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Central America and the Caribbean.
