Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

You will support the finance organization and drive revenue growth by partnering with sales and account management leadership to ensure quotas are met, commissions are efficient, and scalable processes are in place.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain repeatable reporting and dashboards for revenue performance, quotas, commissions and operational metrics.
• Support recurring sales compensation processes, including payout validation, quota management, attainment reporting and forecasting.
• Investigate and resolve compensation, quota, reporting and data discrepancies end‑to‑end.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Business Systems and other stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve data quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics or a related analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Self‑driven, curious and comfortable in a dynamic, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including large datasets, formulas and data validation.
• Experience using SQL to query data; familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse is preferred.
• Building reports and dashboards in Tableau or another BI tool.
• Working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience optimizing workflows with AI‑powered tools.
