About the role
IBM Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a Remote Technical Support professional to work on IBM Remote Code Load solutions. The role is remote and focuses on identifying and resolving technical issues for clients, ensuring satisfaction with IBM hardware, software, and cloud services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify technical issues using the Cognitive Support Platform, Drupal, IBM Documents, and ARM, and understand client environments.
- Collaborate with support, complaint management, and development teams to share knowledge and expedite issue resolution.
- Assess options and recommend appropriate actions to meet client needs.
- Provide direct client‑facing support for hardware and software maintenance.
- Maintain technical knowledge of IBM Remote Code Load and its integration with IBM hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with IBM Remote Code Load solutions and IBM Cloud (Private or Hybrid).
- Experience using Cognitive Support Platform tools such as Drupal and IBM Documents.
- Basic understanding of IBM hardware, software, and IT service management principles.
