Remote Sales Specialist – Men’s Health Supplements

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Specialist focused on men’s health supplements. You will turn online purchases into lasting health transformations by guiding customers through product use, stacking, and adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of men’s health products and services to prospective customers.
• Convert inquiries into loyal brand advocates through consultative calls.
• Maintain a pipeline of 8‑18 scheduled appointments per day and close sales.
• Earn a 20% commission on the gross margin of each sale, with no earnings cap.
• Utilize Tribe’s sales toolkit, including Rippling, Salesforce, and Zoom, to manage calls and customer data.

Required profile

• Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong drive for sales growth.
• Passion or background in men’s health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and a functional laptop/desktop with mic, camera, and headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Zoom for video calls.
• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HR/operations platforms.
