Remote Project Manager – Asana Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Remote Project Manager to own Asana‑based task management, workflow execution and cross‑department accountability for a US partner. The role ensures internal teams meet deadlines, follow standardized processes and keep leadership focused on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Asana project structures, templates, rules and automations to improve task routing and accountability.
• Monitor daily task progress, audit projects for overdue items, follow up with owners and escalates blockers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional deliverables across marketing, creative, ads, brand and leadership teams, tracking dependencies and resolving bottlenecks.
• Produce dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility and document SOPs and workflow updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or operations management, preferably with 2+ years using Asana in a professional setting.
• Strong organisational, communication and follow‑up skills, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Asana, including building templates, dashboards, rules and automations.
• Experience with AI tools and automation (e.g., “vibe coding”) to create lightweight workflow scripts.
