Remote Pricing and Commercial Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Pricing and Commercial Intelligence Analyst will shape data‑driven pricing strategies for staffing and workforce solutions across government and private sectors. Working remotely, you will partner with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams to turn labor market data into competitive, margin‑positive proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cost volumes, pricing files, and supporting documentation for RFPs, federal contracts, IDIQs, and task orders.
• Respond to client pricing requests, contract renewals, and modifications with accurate, timely data.
• Monitor labor market trends, wage adjustments, and competitor strategies to keep rate benchmarks current.
• Interpret Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations, Department of Labor guidelines, and regional living wage requirements.
• Maintain cost/pricing models that incorporate direct wages, overhead, G&A, and fee structures in line with FAR principles.
• Create and maintain analytical tools, pricing templates, and dashboards to improve team efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, RFP/Proposal analysis, financial analysis, or operations analytics, preferably within staffing or professional services.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
