Remote Partner Service Delivery Manager

About the role

HP is looking for a Remote Partner Service Delivery Manager (rPSDM) to support and enable partners in delivering high‑quality services across the HP ecosystem. The role acts as a trusted advisor, focusing on post‑sales service delivery, operational excellence, and adoption of HP services and tools while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of partners, serving as the primary contact for service delivery matters and conducting regular virtual business reviews.
• Ensure partners meet HP service delivery standards, SLAs and compliance requirements, monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
• Enable partners on HP service delivery programs, tools and platforms, supporting onboarding, renewals and certification maintenance.
• Collaborate with HP sales, channel, supply chain and technical teams to provide service delivery expertise on partner deals and initiatives.
• Track and manage KPIs such as customer and partner satisfaction (sNPS), SLA compliance and operational performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations or a related field.
• Experience in service delivery, operations management or partner/account management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially for remote engagement.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
