Remote Fulfillment Operations Analyst

About the role

A remote, one-year contract position (with possible extension) for a Fulfillment Operations Analyst who executes end-to-end fulfillment in NetSuite. The role handles a high volume of order transactions, manages expedites and escalations, and acts as a point of contact for order inquiries, working with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage fulfillment transactions in NetSuite, including Contract Manufacturing Purchase Orders (CMPOs), order validations and changes, manual fulfillments and shipment coordination.
• Maintain accuracy across pricing, product configurations and logistics details to meet global delivery commitments.
• Monitor expedite requests and operational escalations, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales to prioritize urgent orders and keep shipment timelines transparent.
• Respond to order inquiries raised through the Fulfillment team alias and route requests to the right team or process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Theater Ops, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve order discrepancies and support timely shipments.
• Track order backlog in NetSuite, including B2B EDI transactions, and identify risks to delivery timelines.
• Maintain data integrity across order configurations, Bills of Materials (BOM), pricing and system records.
• Identify improvements to fulfillment processes, documentation and reporting, using tools such as Tableau.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
• Advanced English (B2+ or C1).
• 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, order management, supply chain, logistics or sales operations in a global environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Ability to stay organized and responsive during quarter-end revenue cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with reporting or workflow tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet or Asana is a plus.
