Regional Travel and Expense Administrator

About the role

The Regional Travel & Expense Administrator supports the Global Travel team, focusing on the LATAM region. You will ensure smooth travel operations, expense reimbursement, and compliance with global policies while enhancing employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the LATAM T&E program, collaborating with local finance controllers and travel suppliers.
• Manage global travel program compliance, including email notifications, metric tracking, and reporting.
• Handle employee inquiries related to travel policy, expense reporting, and booking.
• Administer the LATAM corporate card program and process related purchase orders and invoices.
• Reconcile airfare and hotel virtual cards, maintain contract repositories, and produce monthly reporting metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience with automated expense reimbursement tools.
• At least 2 years of experience with online booking tools.
