Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support Gensler’s recruitment efforts across the LATAM region. In this mid-level position you will source and recruit for a variety of technical and specialized roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and contributing to regional growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping and collaboration with agencies and professional networks.
• Engage passive candidates using targeted outreach and tailor communications to local cultural nuances.
• Coordinate interview logistics, participate in debriefs and ensure consistent hiring practices across the region.
• Partner with HR and onboarding teams to align hiring needs with talent development and support smooth new-hire transitions.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, prepare reports and identify process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of local talent trends, build relationships with universities and professional associations, and support regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably across multiple LATAM countries.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Advanced Excel and reporting tool usage.
