Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support recruitment across Gensler’s LATAM region. This mid‑level position focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and enhancing the candidate experience for a variety of technical and specialized roles while contributing to regional growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and collaboration with agencies and professional networks.
• Engage passive candidates with targeted outreach and maintain a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate interview logistics, and participate in debriefs.
• Work with HR and onboarding teams to align hiring needs with talent development and ensure smooth new‑hire transitions.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and candidate quality, and prepare reports for TA and HR leadership.
• Support regional growth initiatives, stay aware of local talent trends, and build relationships with universities and professional associations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 7+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably across multiple LATAM countries.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), and Excel.
• Knowledge of interview techniques, employment laws, and best practices in LATAM.
• Experience negotiating offers and managing senior‑level searches.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
