Regional Finance Manager - LATIN AMERICA

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Finance Manager to become the operational driving force and financial anchor for our Latin American business entities in Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Colombia. This hybrid position, based in the San Ramón region, will lead the financial reporting and closing processes across the region while supporting local accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and rehabilitate the Costa Rican entity’s financial reporting.
• Mentor and support the internal accountant in Costa Rica.
• Coordinate and execute timely, structured financial closing cycles for subsidiaries in Colombia and Ecuador.
• Consolidate multi‑currency data and produce clear management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Costa Rican accounting standards, corporate tax regulations, and e‑reporting portals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate/Regional Finance Manager or Senior Controller.
• Strong background in financial statement analysis and budget variance evaluation (FP&A).
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced data consolidation and multi‑currency aggregation).
• Power Query for automated data pipelines.
• Experience with ERP system rollouts.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
