Regional Demand Planner Senior

About the role

The Regional Demand Planner Senior will lead end‑to‑end demand planning across the region, owning the Demand Plan in SAP IBP. This role ensures a robust, commercially validated plan that aligns with financial and operational strategy, enabling scenario‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process in SAP IBP, coordinating monthly demand reviews.
• Design and optimise forecasting and advanced analytics models to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
• Develop base, upside, and downside scenarios and translate them into business impact assessments.
• Align demand forecasts with supply and finance, managing trade‑offs among service level, cost, and inventory.
• Maintain data governance, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of the IBP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning.
• CPIM (APICS) certification is a plus.
• Intermediate level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with SAP IBP (Demand Planning and S&OP processes).
• Expert use of Excel Add‑In for IBP.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical modelling and exception‑based planning.
