Recruitment Specialist & Engagement Support

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver high‑quality hires quickly while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and pre‑boarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements and selection criteria.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and standardized selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records and recruitment metrics; ensure compliance with background‑screening policies.
• Coordinate offers, pre‑boarding activities and seamless hand‑offs to HR Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining recruitment processes and sharing market insights.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through proactive communication.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency) across technical and non‑technical roles.
• Proven consultative recruiting skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; advanced English preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills for data analysis.
• Ability to create and interpret recruitment dashboards and reports.
