Recruitment Marketing Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will lead the design and execution of attraction strategies for Korn Ferry’s global clients. Reporting to the Global Account Lead, you will ensure the client’s employer brand is presented creatively, responsibly, and competitively across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create client‑specific project plans and campaigns to boost brand awareness on online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with client Employer Branding teams to maintain consistent messaging across regions.
• Develop and run candidate engagement campaigns using Korn Ferry Recruit, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Produce shareable content for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a global communications calendar covering business units, innovation, D&I and market insights.
• Propose, track and analyze sourcing spend, presenting ROI to budget holders.
• Analyze source‑of‑hire data and recommend optimal sourcing channels.
• Identify and implement new sourcing channels for the global team.
• Leverage Korn Ferry IP to enhance clients’ talent acquisition marketing capabilities.
• Coordinate event collateral for career fairs, virtual events and other campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment, adapting to changing stakeholder needs.
• Identify regional brand awareness gaps and work with teams to close them.
• Provide regular ROI reports to demonstrate impact on talent attraction.

Required profile

• Passion for recruitment marketing with experience in recruitment advertising, programmatic advertising, PPC campaigns and employer branding.
• Proven experience using a variety of online and offline channels for candidate attraction.
• Strong knowledge of social media channels, market trends and competitive best practices.
• Ability to partner effectively with agencies, creative teams and client stakeholders.
