Recruiter LATAM – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JoVE is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across the Americas, Europe and APAC. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, build strong talent pipelines and ensure a fast, high‑quality hiring experience that fuels our global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted hiring strategies for sales, technical and business roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support rapid hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and candidate conversion rates.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating JoVE’s mission and values.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in software or technology.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ambitious, results‑driven and comfortable in high‑growth environments.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and candidate experience skills.
