Record to Report Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to support its finance and accounting operations. The role involves processing transactions, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounting and administrative transactions accurately within established SLAs and KPIs.
• Verify approvals and compliance with procedures and policies.
• Prepare and report daily operational metrics and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Perform month‑end activities and analyze operational information for management.
• Handle internal customer service requests and follow escalation procedures.
• Support process improvements, best‑practice implementation, and provide guidance and training to team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or administrative processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level).
