Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the site quality function, ensuring that every product meets customer, regulatory and internal standards. You will own the quality management system, drive continuous improvement and foster a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site quality team to achieve quality objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Own, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to stay compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 or other applicable standards.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and structured problem‑solving.
• Oversee internal, customer and regulatory audits as well as management reviews.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics such as defect rates, yield, cost of quality and customer complaints.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer quality concerns and escalations.
• Partner with supply chain to manage supplier quality and incoming material quality.
• Support new product introduction to embed quality from the start.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including team leadership.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or IATF 16949 standards.
• Proven experience with root‑cause analysis, CAPA and audit management.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
