Quality Engineer II

About the role

The Quality Engineer II will drive continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within Heraeus Medevio’s medical device operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues, support customers, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess processes and products to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Evaluate and implement solutions that enhance Quality Assurance and Preventive Quality.
• Lead core teams to address customer complaints and drive corrective initiatives.
• Provide technical support for quality systems, implementing cost‑saving measures while maintaining high standards.
• Communicate with customers to gather and provide information needed to resolve complaints effectively.
• Support Quality Sustaining Engineering activities as required.
• Conduct statistical analysis using DOE, Minitab and other tools to detect trends and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or business sciences.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• 2–3 years of experience within a medical‑device company.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
