Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures accurate order fulfillment and quality control of Coloplast's product offerings for the North American market, working from the Business Centre in San José, Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control of orders and upload related documents to electronic records.
• Receive, process, and maintain order records, files, and documentation.
• Transfer accounts from the lead database to Brightree and process proof‑of‑delivery transactions using carrier tracking numbers.
• Generate daily operations reports and send order totals to management in compliance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines.
• Keep equipment operational, report malfunctions, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and customer service.

Required profile

• High school diploma (advanced degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or clerical roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of DME, Medicare policies, and relevant federal/state regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data entry and computer programs.
• Experience using Brightree software.
