Project Manager – Shared Services Center

About the role

The Project Manager SSC will develop, propose and implement function‑related policies, methods and processes. You will plan and execute projects and programs aimed at improving targeted processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on projects or programs and assess process effectiveness.
• Maintain, develop, propose and implement policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Plan function‑related projects, organise resources and manage project milestones.
• Advise project team members, report progress and ensure governance compliance.
• Communicate services, initiatives and programs and respond to inquiries from local organisations.
• Facilitate training for employees and managers on new standards, processes or tools.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience managing projects.
• Experience working in a global environment and within the shared services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in project management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven stakeholder‑management abilities and knowledge of project governance and compliance.
