Project Manager – Global SAS to NVMe Program

About the role

The Project Manager will lead a multi-year global program that upgrades customer storage arrays from SAS to NVMe technology. Acting as the single point of contact, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth, high-quality upgrade experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the SAS-to-NVMe upgrade program to customers and account teams, outlining requirements and processes.
• Work with Technical QA Engineers to review and validate upgrade action plans and present project plans to customers.
• Identify the correct Bill of Materials and submit part-dispatch requests.
• Coordinate onsite work dependencies, including code upgrades and technical pre-work with Support teams.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks and maintain clear communication with customers throughout each upgrade stage.
• Schedule onsite activities with Installation Scheduling teams and track milestones.
• Confirm completion of deliverables, document activity status, and act as primary contact for questions, issues, and escalations.
• Prepare progress reports and metrics for the Program Lead.

Required profile

• 1+ years of project management experience involving customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Experience delivering positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Familiarity with storage environments, enterprise hardware, or related technology (preferred).
