Project Manager (Creative)

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Manager (Creative) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and branded marketing materials. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with creative and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of creative advertising campaigns, including concepts, assets, adaptations, and promotional kits.
• Manage schedules, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and production meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Coordinate creative review and approval processes, ensuring feedback is tracked and final deliverables meet specifications.
• Monitor project health through budget, timeline, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
• Partner with external vendors, printers, and manufacturers when required for physical assets.
• Support project intake, scoping, estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong organizational and proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Problem‑solver who can navigate complexity, manage risks, and drive projects to successful completion.
