Project Manager – Avionics Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead Avionyx’s avionics software and hardware projects for eVTOL, rotorcraft and fixed‑wing aircraft. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Control project budget, schedule and performance according to the Project Management SOP.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer communication, identify new opportunities and support long‑term business development.
• Participate in cost estimation and bidding activities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to monitor progress of software, hardware and embedded system tasks.
• Report project status to the PMO Manager and ensure compliance with risk‑management procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Fluent English (C1) and functional English (B2).
• Experience with both traditional and agile project lifecycles.
• Ability to work with customers and internal teams to achieve project goals.
