Project Enablement Manager – Insights & Analytics

About the role

Roche is seeking a Project Enablement Manager to drive the delivery of DDA Insights and Analytics initiatives. You will join an internal project management pool, reporting to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement, and ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project and program management across multiple insights and analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product owners, data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve integrated dashboards, timelines and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into progress, risks and dependencies.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and inter‑dependencies, escalating and resolving them as needed.
• Establish governance models and execution frameworks to enable scalable, consistent delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in analytics or data‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate as an enterprise‑wide thinker, identifying inter‑dependencies and aligning projects with broader objectives.
