Project Architect - Mixed Use

About the role

As a Project Architect you will lead mixed‑use projects from concept through construction, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of consultants and ensuring design quality and technical compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including documentation set‑up, construction administration, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to guarantee delivery of architectural and technical aspects.
• Develop specifications, select materials, and resolve complex design and technical issues during documentation and construction.
• Prepare accurate technical documents, handle RFIs, value engineering, and conduct site inspections.
• Lead communication among project team, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and permitting officials.
• Oversee quality control, submittal reviews, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, preferably on mid‑scale to large mixed‑use projects.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including post‑occupancy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with construction administration software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
