Programmatic Media Associate

About the role

Citi Commerce is building a next‑generation commerce platform and needs a hands‑on Programmatic Media Associate to own the tactical setup, trafficking, and optimization of advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute campaign setup and trafficking across ad platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform QA on tags, creatives, pixels, and audience parameters before launch.
• Monitor daily pacing and delivery, troubleshoot under‑delivery, discrepancies, and tagging errors.
• Implement and validate tracking (pixels, tags, conversion events) for accurate measurement.
• Activate and manage audience segments using Citi first‑party data and onboarding platforms.
• Manage in‑flight campaign changes, optimizations, and updates based on performance.
• Track inventory availability and align campaigns to supply.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across ad servers, DSPs, and data platforms in real time.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, and Product teams to ensure campaigns meet specifications.
• Document trafficking workflows, QA checklists, and operational best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in media, branding or advertising analytics.
• 2‑3 years in AdTech, MarTech, data integration, or technical campaign operations.
• Experience delivering flawless campaign launches with accurate setup and trafficking.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager or DV360.
• Expertise in campaign trafficking, tag setup, and pixel implementation.
• Familiarity with audience/data platforms (e.g., LiveRamp, CDPs, clean rooms).
• Knowledge of campaign measurement, tracking, and media KPIs.
