Production Supervisor – Shift C

About the role

Viant Medical is seeking a full‑time Production Supervisor for the night shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am) at its Heredia site. You will lead a manufacturing team in an assembly environment, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs and company standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all SOPs and GMPs are followed and monitor the production line for scrap, variation and task achievement.
• Notify the VST of any issues causing delays and assist in training new production employees.
• Prioritize work in the clean room, support engineering on new product launches, and act as audit support.
• Lead production meetings, communicate KPIs, risks and priorities, and perform safety audits.
• Manage personnel scheduling, overtime approval, shift payroll reporting and resolve HR conflicts.
• Maintain workflow, monitor process control points, and drive continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing staff in an assembly or clean‑room environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMPs and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to train, coach and evaluate team performance.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑shift coordination and reporting.
• Capability to manage overtime, payroll reporting and resolve personnel issues.
