Production Supervisor III (Shift B)

About the role

The Production Supervisor III (Shift B) leads a manufacturing team at Cirtec Medical, ensuring production, quality, and cost targets are met for complex medical devices. The role combines hands‑on supervision with continuous‑improvement initiatives across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to evaluate feasibility studies and justify costs.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop cost‑effective designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Lead initiatives that reduce costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations on all shifts, resolve problems promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and improve shop‑floor management software knowledge.
• Drive process control, corrective actions, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Mentor team members, support employee growth, and handle safety or disciplinary matters according to guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical‑device production.
• Strong ability to coach and develop teams while meeting production and quality objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project team leaders and senior management.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies.
