Production Supervisor – CAM Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our CAM production line, overseeing Milling, Sintering, and 3D Printing teams. The role ensures high quality, productivity, and safety while supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and allocate tasks to team members.
• Balance capacity, resources, and schedules according to the production plan.
• Guide and coach CAM operators to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, equipment protocols, PPE, and safety standards.
• Support training initiatives and reinforce best practices.
• Identify and promptly escalate operational or quality issues.
• Collaborate with process specialists on quality feedback and corrective actions.
• Act as liaison between the CAM team and management.
• Manage consumable tools and materials to maintain operational continuity.
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and improvement‑focused work environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production supervision.
• Experience with production equipment; familiarity with milling machines or 3D printing equipment is a plus.
• Dental manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and responsible mindset.
• Intermediate to upper‑intermediate English (B1/B2).
