About the role
Cargill is seeking a Production Operator for its food division in San Rafael, Alajuela. The role is permanent and involves working on the production floor to ensure smooth operation of machinery and consistent product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Operate assigned production machinery and manual tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive tasks that may require physical effort, such as lifting up to 25 kg.
- Distribute product to various process stations and handle packaging, storage, and shipment preparation.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in different work areas as needed to meet production targets.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to read and write Spanish without difficulty.
- Physical capability to bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 kg safely.
- Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, or chemicals.
Required skills
- Basic operation of industrial machinery and equipment.
