About the role
Grupo Raven is looking for Production Operators to manufacture scheduled products in its manufacturing area. The role follows a defined process route and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacture products according to the production schedule.
- Follow the manufacturing instructions and process route precisely.
- Apply BPM guidelines throughout the production process.
- Work in rotating shift schedules as required.
Required profile
- Completed ninth grade (Noveno año aprobado).
- High school diploma (Bachillerato en Educación Media) is desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM).
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Teamwork, responsibility, ethics, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
