Product Manager - GTM Technology Platforms

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for its go‑to‑market (GTM) technology platforms. Based in Alajuela, Costa Rica, you will shape the future of Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and customer support systems, driving productivity and data‑driven decision making across sales, marketing, and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for core GTM platforms, including Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and support tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Engineering, and IT to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Design and evolve GTM workflows such as lead management, account management, and customer engagement.
• Identify and implement workflow automation, data‑quality improvements, and platform simplifications to boost commercial productivity.
• Explore and prototype AI‑driven capabilities, leveraging technologies like Salesforce Agentforce and AI models such as Claude.
• Ensure the GTM ecosystem delivers accurate reporting, analytics, and supports data‑driven commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology platforms that support sales, marketing, or customer support functions.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to business processes.
