Procurement Specialist

About the role

Roche is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its global supply chain operations. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end Requisition‑to‑Pay (R2P) process, ensuring timely invoice resolution and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transactional R2P processes using Roche’s procurement systems.
• Resolve invoice blocks and support suppliers throughout the payment cycle.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in SAP and related tools.
• Collaborate with requestors, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely reporting and basic analytical insights.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of SAP experience.
• 2‑3 years of procurement (SC‑PO) experience.
• 2‑3 years of invoice block resolution experience.
• 2‑3 years of customer‑service experience.
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (in progress or completed).
• Fluent English (B2) and Spanish.
• Biotech/pharma experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
