About the role

Process & Technology Consultant – Supply Chain & AI Solutions – remote, full‑time role supporting a US‑based SaaS platform for supply chain planning and automation. The ideal candidate blends solid supply‑chain planning knowledge with a technical foundation and the ability to leverage AI tools to work faster and more accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and adapt the platform to support demand, supply, and inventory planning processes.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and data structures.
• Validate dataset outputs, spot inconsistencies, and troubleshoot issues.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for data analysis, query generation, documentation, and troubleshooting while critically evaluating their outputs.
• Support integrations and data flows across systems.
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality‑assurance of implemented solutions.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post‑launch support.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning or consulting/implementation roles.
• Exposure to demand planning, supply/production planning, and inventory management.
• Comfort using AI tools professionally and the judgment to validate their output.
• Working SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Basic understanding of JSON/XML and data integration/ETL concepts.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI; basic Python/scripting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, able to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Flexibility to align with US client hours and eligibility to travel (US visa).
