Process Analyst

About the role

The Process Analyst will support the Worldwide Safety (WWS) department, primarily the Safety Surveillance and Risk Management (SSRM) Business Units. The role involves managing both product‑related and non‑product projects, ensuring compliance with safety processes and delivering timely performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Benefit Risk Committee (BRC) meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor regulatory authority sites for safety signals, evaluate signals at RMC and maintain the Signal Tracking Log.
• Prepare internal and external inspection documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Lead small non‑drug projects such as process improvements and metrics monitoring.
• Implement good document management practices across safety activities.
• Assist Risk Management Product Leads with tracking additional risk minimisation measures in Risk Management Plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet established timelines.
• Fundamental knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and concepts.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and departmental systems.

Required skills

• Competence in using computer applications for data tracking and documentation.
