Preschool Bilingual Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Bilingual Teacher to join our early childhood program. The successful candidate will create a dynamic, nurturing environment where young learners develop academically, emotionally, and socially while gaining fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate educational activities aligned with developmental needs and academic goals.
• Teach and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Promote learning through interactive, creative, and hands‑on experiences.
• Support students’ cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, classroom materials, and educational resources.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behavior, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and academic staff.
• Participate in institutional activities, meetings, and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for early childhood education and student development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
