Pre-Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity

About the role
We are seeking a Pre‑Sales Engineer to support our cybersecurity and networking solutions in Costa Rica. You will work closely with the sales team on technical meetings, demos and proof‑of‑concepts for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Support technical discovery and customer meetings.
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations.
- Design and support proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).
- Understand customer network and security environments.
- Recommend solutions based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
Required profile
- Experience in Pre‑Sales, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs and network security.
- Experience with enterprise customers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- English and Spanish preferred.
