Planning Manager

About the role

The Planning Manager will coordinate and supervise the preparation of the production plan across all areas, ensuring on‑time delivery to distribution centres and aligning with purchasing to secure raw material supply. This M2‑level position supports market requirements and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise MRP‑based production planning to meet market demand and weekly build targets.
• Communicate production priorities across all involved areas to guarantee timely delivery.
• Lead the annual production plan review and validate monthly SI&OP requirements.
• Analyse product transfer demand and its impact on current capacity.
• Coordinate order receipt with distribution centres and manage back‑order summaries.
• Develop and report production volume and compliance indicators.
• Support new product transfers to meet market launch dates.
• Participate in internal and external audits as the planning representative.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• More than 5 years of experience in production planning or related area.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, leadership and communication abilities.
