About the role
We are looking for a Partner Business Process Operations Analyst to serve as the operational engine for our Compliance Operations and Partner Business Process teams. The role combines data‑driven compliance monitoring with day‑to‑day partner lifecycle support, offering a clear path toward process design and large‑scale program management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance training data, systems, and processes to ensure measurable and efficient initiatives.
- Oversee the exceptions intake queue, verify request completeness, and log final decisions.
- Maintain the Ongoing Monitoring Framework, review automated flags, and coordinate audit logistics with stakeholders.
- Track partner program compliance via dashboards and generate status reports.
- Execute daily operational activities across the partner lifecycle, supporting the Partner Business Process Architecture team.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and PRM environments, ensuring a single source of truth.
- Perform data entry, auditing, and reporting to uphold data integrity.
- Act as the central contact for partners and internal teams, resolving inquiries and meeting program deadlines.
Required profile
- Experience in partner ecosystems, compliance, sales or revenue operations.
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
- Self‑starter capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Adaptability to switch between compliance monitoring and business process support.
- Clear communication skills to bridge technical, compliance, and partner requirements.
- Aspiration to evolve from execution to strategic process and system design.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (PRM experience a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Smartsheets.
- Proficiency with Google Suite tools.
