Paid Social Strategist Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Paid Social Strategist Senior Analyst to lead the development and execution of paid social media campaigns for its clients. The role involves full‑cycle management from strategy and planning through optimization, reporting, and mentorship of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement paid social strategies aligned with client KPIs and business challenges.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter/X.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Make data‑driven decisions on targeting, bidding, budgets, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, sales, and planning teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Act as primary client contact for performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee campaign budgets, forecasts, and allocations.
• Produce in‑depth weekly performance reports and trend analyses.
• Mentor analysts and specialists, providing guidance on best practices.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and validate tracking pixels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of paid social experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter/X advertising platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
